We’re very excited to welcome Patti Degnan, former Operating Partner at Andreessen Horowitz and CISO of Notion, as the Chief Information Security Officer of Glow. Patti is a recognized leader in cybersecurity and privacy and has nearly two decades of experience in the industry. Patti has worked with highly technical, AI-forward companies and brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise. We are delighted to have her join the leadership team.

Glow recently emerged from stealth, and our mission is to build a meaningful company that solves real world problems for security teams. As a company built to help others secure their endpoints, we believe our own security posture should set the very highest standards, and Patti's leadership is central to that mission both internally and for our customers.

Patti will be responsible for building the Security, IT, Compliance, Privacy and Customer Trust organizations while also working closely with our product and engineering teams to ensure that we deliver immediate and long-lasting value to our enterprise customers. 

At Andreessen Horowitz, Patti advised many highly innovative companies, helping them navigate the evolving best practices for building secure AI-native solutions while also fostering a world-class network of CISOs and CIOs. Prior to that, Patti founded the security organization at Notion, scaling as the company grew past 100 million users. Earlier in her career, Patti led teams at Looker through their acquisition by Google, and held leadership roles at Informatica, Lending Club, and Symantec.

In addition to her executive leadership roles, Patti has previously served on Advisory Boards of Drata and Whistic and is a former member of SVCI. She is also an advisor to Crucyble, Venice, and Oximy. 

As AI continues to reshape the threat landscape at a rapid pace, it is critical to have a leader in our organization that can stay at the forefront of technology and connected to the broader cybersecurity community to ensure that we stay ahead of emerging threats. We are so grateful to have Patti here to help us to continuously evolve and keep the highest standards at the foundation of everything we do.
