Glow Appoints Alex Patman As Chief Revenue Officer

We're excited to welcome Alex Patman as Chief Revenue Officer of Glow. Alex brings 10 years of experience building and scaling high-performing go-to-market organizations, with a track record of helping cybersecurity companies accelerate growth and build lasting customer relationships.

As CRO, Alex will lead Glow's global go-to-market strategy, expanding our sales leadership and organization, developing strategic partnerships, and helping us deliver a world-class customer experience as we scale. His leadership will be instrumental in translating our early momentum into long-term growth.

Prior to joining Glow, Alex served as Chief Revenue Officer at Drata, where he helped scale revenue beyond $100 million, expanded the company’s international presence, and built a go-to-market organization of more than 250 people. Previously, he spent over a decade at Okta, rising through the sales leadership ranks and helping grow the business from $10 million to more than $1 billion in annual recurring revenue (ARR), ultimately serving as Vice President of Sales. Throughout his career, Alex has demonstrated a commitment to customer success and building strong teams.
